2. Optimization of Agricultural Product Supply Chains:
Leveraging the geographical advantages and industrial development plans of the Jazan region, the parties will explore cooperation in strengthening links of the agricultural product supply chain, including production, processing, storage, logistics, and trade, to jointly build an efficient and stable system.

3. Capacity Building and Knowledge Sharing:
The parties plan to organize activities such as expert exchanges, technical training sessions, seminars, and field visits to facilitate the exchange of agricultural expertise and talent, providing support for talent cultivation and industrial upgrading in the Jazan region.

4. Investment and Project Cooperation:
The parties will actively explore opportunities for joint investment or the development of modern agricultural demonstration projects, agricultural product processing parks, and other cooperative ventures in the Jazan region and other relevant areas of Saudi Arabia to attract more industrial resources.

Mr. Chen Li, Chairman of CGA, stated: "We are very pleased to establish a partnership with the Jazan Chamber. Saudi Arabia is a key participant in the Belt and Road Initiative, and the Jazan region, with its unique location and development potential, offers vast opportunities for cooperation. CGA looks forward to bringing our advanced agricultural technologies and integrated solutions, accumulated from the Chinese and international markets, to Jazan. We aim to contribute to the region's agricultural modernization and economic diversification, jointly addressing global food security challenges."

The Chairman of the Jazan Chamber expressed strong confidence in the cooperation, noting: "Partnering with a leading Chinese agricultural technology enterprise like CGA fully aligns with the goals of Saudi Arabia's 'Vision 2030' for developing sustainable agriculture and ensuring food security. We believe CGA's professional technology and management experience will significantly benefit agricultural practitioners and related enterprises in the Jazan region. This cooperation will not only introduce innovative technologies but also create job opportunities and promote local economic development.
