Jordan’s Minister of Agriculture Attends Opening Ceremony of CGA Jordan Subsidiary

On May 11, 2025, China Green Agriculture (CGA) held the grand opening ceremony of its Jordan subsidiary in Amman. The ribbon-cutting was jointly performed by Khaled Hneifat, Jordan's Minister of Agriculture; Dr. Majd of JIBREEN GROUP; and Mr. Chen Li, founder of CGA. This landmark cooperation marks a new phase of agricultural collaboration between China and Jordan, injecting strong momentum into Jordan's agricultural modernization.

In his opening address, Minister Khaled Hneifat praised the achievements and potential of Sino– Jordanian agricultural cooperation: “CGA brings advanced expertise in agricultural automation, IoT, and water– saving irrigation technologies. This partnership will tangibly enhance Jordan's agricultural productivity and food security.”

Mr. Chen Li, founder of China Green Agriculture (CGA), stated in response: “CGA currently operates subsidiaries in Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and the UAE, with branch offices established across Egypt, Turkey, Iraq, Syria, and Israel. Our dedicated CGA team will complete Phase I construction of the Jordan project within two years, utilizing exclusively CGA's patented technologies. Upon completion, this project will significantly advance Jordan's agricultural modernization while creating regional ripple effects.”
